What to do about wife working so much?

My wife works in the film industry and when she works she has to work 12 hour days and commute to different cities about an hour away which has her sleeping at friends houses every now and then. We often get in fights because of how much she works and how we don't get to see each other that much when she works and how I end up living alone every now and then. She loves her job though and I feel like if I made her stop she would only resent me but I get afraid that the more successful she gets the less we'll see of each other. So how do we resolve this issue? What should I do?
