Are you entitled to Vacation benefits after returning to previous employer from Basic Training and AIT?

I worked for a company in MD from 2007 until October 2010 at which time I decided to join the Army Reserves. I just returned from Basic Training and AIT This May and want to know if I am legally entitled to any Sick or Vacation days as if I had been working there from the start of 2011 onward. At my job if I had worked there without interruption because of Army training I would be entitled to 10 vacation days and 5 sick. I don't know if this still applies or if it is up to the discretion of my employer.
