HELP!! An error occurred during the install operation 80010038 PS3?

This happened to me twice, my download of inFamous was finished which took painfully long to download with constant interruptions to my internet because people were messing with my modem and when it finished and installs, it says "An error occurred during the install operation (80030013)". I want to play inFamous but I can't I checked for corrupted and it still says that, what should I do???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
