What kind of jobs could i potentially get with an Associates Degree in Medical Admin. and Medical Records?

i just began my courses at University of Phoenix, and i know i want to keep looking and be on the ball no matter what as my education progresses, and i do know that was the main reason i decided on medical as my career choice - it's one of the few growing industries in the economy here in the States, but i want to make sure i keep an open mind as to my potential jobs to look for and not let myself get pigeon-holed into thinking i can only get "this job" or "that job" with this education
