How could I enjoy sound sleep without getting up to go to the bathroom?

I have abstained from all caffeine as of one month back. I do not eat dinner I have only a nutrient dense whey shake each evening. However, I get up at least once in the night to urinate without fail. Although I do drift back to sleep quickly - I wonder if I would sleep more soundly without the interruption. Could you recommend a solution ? An herb or else? This has been ongoing for a long while; getting out of bed, etc...thanks for any help.
