Can someone help me out here to understand the dems? The DEMS passed the stimulus?

obamacare--cash for clunkers--financial reform--took over the student loan industry--created shovel ready jobs(chuckle chuckle)--in fact, the dems did whatever they wanted for TWO YEARS WITH NO OPPOSITION FROM THE GOP. Question, why are they NOW trying to blame the GOP for the POLICIES THEY CREATED? If the recession is over, then why say its the GOP's fault that it ended? I am so confuse, can someone help me?
