If Darkness is just "the absence of light", how can Light come out of Darkness in the Bible?

You answer it yourself. There is no light, hence there is darkness. God says "Let there be light," so there's light. When the light is interrupted, or your spot on the Earth turns from the sun, or you put your hand in front of your flashlight, it gets dark again.
