I need boy advice!!! :/?

Theres this boy Thomas who I have had a crush on for quite a while now. We used to sit in English class next to eachother but then our teacher moved us apart because we were talking and making to many interruptions to the class. I really like him but I dont know how to or if I should even let him know. We dont talk much anymore now that are seats are changed (its been a few weeks) and sometimes in class I would stare at him and then he would catch me looking which I think made it awkward for him. I dont know what to do. Please help! :/
