What are my chances of being with her?

I used to be friends with this girl, she was really nice to me, but after our junior year, she grew cold on me and want's nothing to do with me. It's mainly my fault, I made it look like I was leading her on, toying with her emotions, but the truth is, I had a lot of crap going on and didn't want a relationship so I rejected her. But the big mistake was not telling her my reasons! We soon went to different schools our senior year, and lost contact. So two years down the road, we're both in college, I extended my hand out for friendship and she smacked it away. She said she doesn't like me and hates me and I'm her problem and will always be. I tried to apologize, but there were two stupid interruptions that basically doomed our already failing friendship. It isn't 100% dead because of the way she acts around me (she walks really slow nearby or sometimes looks at me, or is quiet and won't talk to anyone near my presence). Question is, if I go right now, and try to fix it slowly, do you think I can?
