Yes or no ...... Should an epileptic sit at the back of the meeting because their fits are an interruption?

I formerly attended a Church where parents of an epileptic daughter were told to sit at the back of the facility because their loved one occasionally had fits during the service and people and chairs had to be moved to make things safe.
