How accurate is this statement?

Quite accurate, a correct statement. However don't say without interruption. I am pretty sure France and Russia weren't too keen on Prussia military ventures. Also Prussia had a stronger economy not just finance. Culturally the Prussians were also quite advanced, wouldn't harm putting that in some where if you haven't. Aside from that a very good statement.
