Democrats want to cut Tax Loopholes as part of the negotiations, yet why no discussion on Corporate Welfare?

When I say Corporate Welfare, I am talking about the subsidies that industries get from the Government, like the Corn Industry where farmers are given subsidies from the Federal Government in the form of a check for growing corn?
